You will need a pair of 1 3/4 inch open end wrenches the axle nuts are secured with loctite and torqued to 150 ft/lbs. secure the polaris with blocks so it will not move, Loosen the rear wheel nutswith it on the ground, jack up the rear and support it, remove the rear wheels and hubs, loosen the axle locknut away from the axle nut, then take the axle nut and washer off, the drive chain sprocket and sprocket hub can be left where they are while the axle is driven out, just be prepared to support their weight as the axle passes through the hub, clean any foreign materal from the right side of the axle so it wont be pulled into the eccentric during removal. install the right wheel hub and thread the nut untill its flush with the end of the axle to protect the threads, tap on the right end of the axle with a soft faced hammer to free it, then remove the hub and pull the axle out. Hope this helped.
