Warm the bike up, stand it up straight. Then you have to get down on your hands and knees to look thru the sight glass on the bottom right side of the motor. Best and safer with someone holding the bike up

You may have put in too much oil. Check the oil level dipstick and see if the oil level is above the full mark. If so, you'll have to drain some out until it is down to the full mark. Too much oil will block engine crankcase venting passages and lead to pressurization of the crankcase.
If the oil level checks out okay, check for a stuck positive crankcase ventilation valve (PCV). If the crankcase cannot vent blowby gases, it will pressurize and oil will be forced past the intake and exhaust valve guide seals causing heavy oil burning. The engine will also run terrible.
Your title description says 2003. Is your bike a 2003 or a 1996? If your bike does not have a dipstick on the filler, there may be a sight glass on the crankcase. If this is the case, the sight glass will be low on the right side of the crankcase. In order to ge an accurate estimate of your oil level, the bike must be level, not on the side stand.
There is no dipstick on a Royal Star. To check the oil level, look for a glass window on the right side of the crankcase marked for high (max) and low (min) levels. Get on hands and knees and look under the front crankcase cover directly beside the right operator's footrest; you'll probably need a flashlight to read it.

Check your oil level in the engine, normally if oil starts coming out of the air filter, it means you have too much oil in the crankcase.
Drain your crankcase to make it the right level, be sure to check you oil level in the engine on level ground.

It's trans fluid. It came out of the vent tube just above the primary cover on the top cover of the trans. If you look at the tube, the inside will be wet. Run the bike up to operating temp. Check upright and level.
I can't tell you all the particulars from the limited amount of pictures of your bike. -Remove the oil drain bolt on the bottom of the crankcase (the universal bolt size for bikes use a 17mm wrench). -Drain the oil (remember to recycle). -Re-install the drain bolt with a new sealing washer if necessary. -The oil fill cap should be some where on the top of the crankcase. About 1 or 25mm in diameter with a raised tab for turning. -Fill with recommended oil. -There are 2 ways to check oil level on dirt bikes: 1) Oil level check bolt. On the right side cover. 2) Oil level site glass. A 1 round piece of glass on the side of the crankcase. Usually by the kick start & R brake lever. -Always check the oil level with the bike upright (as if you were sitting on it). -Check bolt - fill with oil slowly until oil comes out of the check bolt and re-install it. -Sight glass - fill with oil to cover 3/4 of the sight glass. -Remember to hold the bike upright when adding oil.,
