My Husqvarna 141 will run momentarily if I drip a little of the fuel/oil mixture into the carb. I want to test the fuel line for clogs but I can't get it to come off of the carb.
Shaemeus forcing a fuel line and breaking the carburetor will certainly be more expensive than saw shop service. Take the saw in. Most are barbed fillings, if one is exceptionally difficult let the saw shop break it and pay for its replacement. While there ask them to demonstrate how to disconnect the line. I suspect rather than a blocked line you have a hole or crack in a line.
A tune up with hose replacement I estimate at $60 at a Stihl shop.
New plug, new fuel filter, pressure/vacuum tests, carburetor adjustment. Actually a pretty good deal, tune up ($40). ALL hose replacement ($20).

Remove the carb. Do not disassemble the carb. Clean the carb in gasoline and blow compressed air through any small holes in the carb such as fuel inlet and a small approx. 1/8 " hole in the end of the carb that faces the engine. I am assuming that you have put fresh gas in the tank. With a syringe type device see if you can draw gas from the fuel tank via the fuel line. If so, reinstall the carb squirt a little gas/oil mix into the carb fuel inlet, reconnect the fuel line and you should be golden.
