Hi,you probably dont want to know this but it sounds like you have a leaking cylinder head gasket, this will be allowing gasses into the cooling system and pressurizing it,when the pressure gets to high it will blow the hose off,it doesnt take much of a cylinder head gasket leak to do this,so i would get it looked at fairly smartly..cheers

I have a Kawasaki Mule 4010 2012 4x4 that keeps blowing a fuse as soon as you turn the key to on. what can it be? I've checked the switch, relays, for damaged wires under the dash etc?

I assume there is only ONE fuse, since you are not specific.
The solution therefore is just hard work and long hours with your ohmmeter disconnecting wires and tracking it down one wire at a time.

2012 kawasaki mule 4010 hitting on front cylinder only

First is the engine Diesel or Gas?
if it is a diesel engine it has almost got to be a compression or fuel problem if it is a Gas engine it can be a valve adjustment, fuel, compression, or spark problem

Kawasaki Mule Coolant Overflowing

I would be having a compression test done to confirm that there is no head gasket or cracked head problems as what you describe can only be coming from excess pressure in the coolant system from compression pressure.

Kawasaki Mule 1999 Model

Hello Anon..
First, I would check to make sure the carbs are getting fuel, and then fuel getting into the cylinders. Your question about low oil - did you let it get low and then it quit? ...
If you put oil into the cylinders and only got 100psi, this might be your problem. You should be pumping around 120+psi without putting anything into the cylinders... Recheck the compression.= .take out all spark plugs...screw the gauge in until the o-ring seats, hold the throttle wide open while spinning the engine over for about 5 seconds... you should get 120psi +/- 10psi.
If you are getting less than 100psi.. it might be time for a rebuild..

What should a 98 dodge 5.2 compression be. Its in a 1500 Ram if that makes a difference.

GOOD COMPRESSION SHOULD BE 120 - 175 PSI IF COMPRESSION 100 PSI ACCEPTABLE. 90 PSI LOWER CYLINDER WEAK IF COMPRESSION 50 - 20 BLOWN HEAD GASKET.
