Couldn't find anything on line about how to get the rider seat off. And you can't get to other screws to get side panels off without first getting the seat off. I finally made a tool that made it pretty easy to get out the two big allen head bolts that hold the seat hinge to the frame. Cut two 1/2 inch segments out of a 6mm allen wrench and used needle nose pliers to put them into the tops of the allen head hinge bolts. Then used a 6mm box end wrench to loosen them. They are very tight so the box end of the wrench is needed to break the locktight loose. Once loosened a turn or two change to the open end of the wrench to speed things up. Once you raise those allen bolts up about 5/8", you can lift the seat hinge up enough to loosen the 10mm hex head bolts on the sides of the hinge with a box end wrench. Don't drop the 10mm bolts though because they can fall down onto the tank near the fuel pump and you will not get it back unless you strip plastic down to the top of the tank.
Sounds like a classic case of dirty fuel injectors or fuel filter is partially restricted and won't allow a full flow of fuel when engine needs it.
Try first using fuel injector cleaning product added to your fuel and follow manufacturer's instructions. It may take up to a full tank of gas for it to work. If that doesn't help, then have it done professionally.
The fuel filter is generally inside the gas tank and part of the electric fuel pump. It requires the gas tank to be removed and whole fuel pump/filter assembly to be replaced and should cost anywhere from $300 to $400 for parts and labor.
My 2006 125 Eliminator just got a reupholstered seat. Remove hex bolt at the very rear of seat. Remove right side plastic cover over battery (open with key, pull off cover) .Remove plastic cover on left side (2 large phillips head screws.) Remove 2 stainless hex heads on each side of bike that hold chromed plastic sleeves under passenger part of seat (4 hex heads). Then remove 2 smaller black hex heads (one on each side) under point where tapered passenger part of seat begins. Slide seat toward rear of bike do disengage from metal lip that holds down the front. Be sure to use metric hex wrenches. 15 minutes or less off or on.
its common on those if you take the tank/air filter box off on the right side of the throttle bodies there is a plastic box with a wire that needs to be resoderd but a dealer sould be able to read the code
I have been fixing bikes and I never came accross such an equipment but instead I would suggest you look on ebay as there are things that never existed that you can get there and very cheap too.But to my knowledge I have not seen one and it will be quite awkward to fit as you will need a wired connection to the sensor or float...
