Do you know what diagnostic flow charts are ? Every DTC has a factory diagnostic test's to test electrical circuit's , computer , sensor's etc...
DTC C0561 System Disabled Information Stored
The electronic brake control module (EBCM) disables the traction control when other electronic control modules set DTCs for components that effect the operation of the traction control system.
The PCM or BCM diagnoses a condition preventing the engine control portion of the traction control function and sends a serial data message to the EBCM indicating that torque reduction is not allowed. The PCM or BCM will typically set a DTC and the EBCM will set this DTC.
Diagnostic Aids
This DTC is for information only. As an aid to the technician, this DTC indicates that there are no problems in the ABS/TCS system.

DTC C0242 PCM Indicated TCS Malfunction
The electronic brake control module (EBCM) and the powertrain control module (PCM) simultaneously control the traction control. The EBCM sends a serial data message to the PCM requesting torque reduction. When certain PCM DTCs are set, the PCM will not be able to perform the torque reduction for traction control. A serial data message is sent to the EBCM indicating that traction control is not allowed.
This DTC is for information only. As an aid to the technician, this DTC indicates that there are no problems in the ABS/TCS system.
Your best bet , take it to the dealer where they have factory scanner an can read the info you can't.
HAVE VECHICLE CODE SCAN,SOUND LIKE YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH ABS BRAKES AND THE TRACTION CONTROL,SEEM LIKE YOUR AIR SHOCKS ELC HEIGHT SENSOR COULD BE BAD CAUSING AIR SHOCKS TO OVER EXTEND CAUSING CAR TO RAISE HIGH ON BACK END.WHICH COULD BE THE CAUSE OF ABS AND TRACTION LIGHT TO COME ON, TO FIX THIS PROBLEM HAVE CAR CODE SCAN AND YOU CAN FIND OUT WHAT CAUSING THE ABS AND TRAC LIGHT TO TURN ON.
No you don't need any transmission work, the parts you listed are part of that. You either have a bad wheel speed sensor or more likey a bad connection at one of the sensors. Sometimes the cables get damaged. The cables are supposed to remain flexible but sometimes the wires inside break. These cables go from the wheel speed sensors and feed information to the ABS system.
check for something stuck in the wheels and as for the coolant light get the car running and up to warm temp and start adding coolant to the reserviour bottle until it is up to hot level because there maybe a bubble in the line but also if might be a bad switch in the reservior bottle itself
