The plug was fouling, when you changed it, it started working again. You have either bad rings or valve seals on that piston. You can buy an anit-fouler from most parts stores which will keep the plug from fouling, but it will not cure the underlying problem. In order to find your underlying problem, You will have to use a compression tester. If the cylinder has less than 80lbs. of compression, the rings are probably bad, if it has good compression then it is possible the valve seal.

The problem is more than likely going to be rings if it smokes all the time.
Bad valve seals typically smoke when you start the engine.
Either way, you will have to have a mechanic fix it, knowing is only half the battle.

hmmm sounds like the fuel pump is more of the issue as its sending too much fuel into the motor making it run rich or the gas that your using is too rich for the motor itself

My 98 firebird tail pipe blows white smoke and water out the tail pipe then as i let it sit for 30 minutes the engine gets hotter then gas like smile and heavier smoke come out the tail pipe it also s

One of the main causes of white exhaust smoke and coolant loss is a cracked or warped cylinder head, a cracked engine block, or head gasket failure caused by overheating. A cracked head may allow coolant to leak into one or more cylinders or into the combustion chamber of the engine. Dirty coolant, a poorly maintained cooling system, a low coolant level, or a non-functioning cooling fan can cause engine overheating. In addition, engine wear can eventually cause the gaskets to lose their capacity to seal properly allowing internal coolant loss. Intake manifold gasket and head gasket failures are two of the most common sources of internal coolant loss caused by engine wear.

White smoke coming out of the tail pipe after taking off.

White smoke continuously blowing out from the tail pipe ? If it is only at the cold position it is normal, if it is always coming out it means oil consumed & compression is week. spark plug frequently needed ? If plug frequently shorted u need to overhaul or need to add oil treatment for increase viscosity.

Blue smoke from tail pipe 98 neon no leaks i can see

It sounds like you could need some new piston rings. when they go bad it causes oil to get by into the combustion chamber and burn when the engine fires.
