What color is the smoke? If it's blue or black, that signifies that you're running way too rich on the main jet.

If it smokes white, that's oil smoke. With compression that high, it may be valve stem seals are bad or sucking oil out of the air filter.

What is normal compression on a 2003 f150, 4.6”w” engine?

150-165 PSI--dry 165- 175 wet
low is 100 psi there should not be more than 10% between adjacent cylinders
compression taken with throttle held wide open for max air flow
Dry reading is taken after stopping or standing for while
wet is taken at each cylinder immediately after 3 squirts from an oilcan is put in each cylinder
that seals off the rings to show if there is a ring problem

, about 1 litter per 1000 km.No smoke, no leaks, no loss of power. I fill oil in ( about 200ml) then oil level show correct. after driving a distance then oil level is low again. What can the cause be

have a wet and dry compression test done on the engine
compression pressure should be around 150-165 psi with a variation between adjacent cylinders or not more than 10%
If the compression is down to say 120 psi wet then the problem will be a worn engine
the smoke is there but the cat converter is doing its job and burning it off

Have presure problem in oil blowing back from fill cap under load dosent miss on no load just no power under load. could it be a cloged vent tube of some sort?

do a compression test first, that will give you an idea if the engine is still good. it should be between 185 to 213 psi with a maximum difference of 28.4 psi under or over. this sounds like the compression is in the pan and not in the cylinders.

What is my compression supposed to be for a v6

ALL CYLINDER MUST BE WITHIN 5% OF THE HIGHEST READING, THE COMPRESSION SHOULD BE AROUND 165-170 PSI, SO IF THE HIGHEST CYLINDER IS 165 PSI THEN ANY CYLIMNDER THAT IS 5% LOWER THAN THAT READING HAS A PROBLEM.

the oil in the crankcase creaps up on the inside of the engine when set on the side stand.(usually the left side smokes) Try parking on center stand.lots of older bikes do this.
