Did you reconnect the vaccum hose on the right hand side of the airbox? As this needs to be reconnected.
Also on some models the two holes on top of the airbox that give you acccess to the 10mm bolts need to be taped over.
The muffled noise you refer to usually happens sometime after 7-9k rpm if the the above 2 suggestions are not actioned

Hi whats the best way to deep clean carbs

The best way is to get your Kawasaki dealer to do the work. He or she has the parts, tools and expertise to return your carbs to good as new condition. Unless you have the same, you will be disappointed with the results and it will take you a long long time.

Remove restrictor carbs hyo

Hi, Anonymous for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary, transport your bike to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your problem. What type of speed restrictor does a 2009 hyosung gtr 650 comet have in it ?

the restrictor is managed by the ECU unit as its a chip, if you take it to any main dealer they will be able to restrict or de-restrict for you.

My cam chain is rattley how do i tighten it ive a 89 zxr 400

There is a cam chain tensioner on the ZXR 400. It sounds like you need a new cam chain.

Important Note: The cam cahin tensioner is held on by the two bolts that hold the clutch cable bracket underneath the timing cover. Never loosen these bolt and re tighten them. If you need to undo them, remove the cam chain tensioner and reset it.

Sounds as likely to be electrical as fuel. Is the igniter, (if it has one, some did) OK? How about the battery voltage when running, on the coils.

Hi, my zxr 750starts and runs fine, however when i open the throttle the engine dies (bogs down)and doesnt pul at all, ive changed feul filter

This sounds like the carbs need cleaned. The main jet is not allwoing enough fuel through when you rev it up so it bogs until you let off the throtle and it will catch up again.
