When it is raining the engine idel is rough. 5.4 L Hemi engine. Only occurs during a heavy rain or in the car wash.

I found out today that I have a leak in both sides of the windshield allowing water to access the fuse panel on the driver side by the pedals. We've nver seen water inside the vehicle, but tonight I pulled the panel door and panel back and found water in and around the fuses themselves. Mine is causing relays to continuously click, radio pops then shuts itself off, check engine light now on, and airbag light now on. Today is Monday, and it rained all day yesterday, (Sunday) Hence the problems today. Might check for water around the panel after the wash or big rain. Good luck!

If you lift your hood, check the wires that are for your windshield wiper fluid, I had the same problem and because the wires were being pressed against the molding water was able to drop down onto the engine. When ever it rains really hard felt like the truck was going to cut off. But when the sun was out my baby would pur like a kitten.
