Question about 1999 Honda CBR 600 F(4)X
This sounds to me like a fuel delivery problem. Have you tried changing the fuel filter? Also check the bottom of the fuel tank with a flash light to make sure there isn't excess sediment that might possibly be clogging up the fuel nozzle, lines, and/or the filter.
Also, when you rev it up in neutral, does it hesitate? Especially when you "goose" the throttle?
