    ? what is it doing?
the onset of a dirty filter would be okay at idle and lower power settings, but won't sustain full power.
Was the problem sudden? Did something get changed before the trouble started?
    Sorry I cant help more.

Why does it run about a quarter mile then starts missing and quits?

Fuel starvation? Try a ride with the fuel filler cap open (be careful though). If still the same then at least you know the cap vent is working. Fuel filter blocked. Fuel line kinked (usually after a tank removal and re-fit). Fuel tap problem. Remember that some fuel may be getting through, enough to start and idle but maybe not enough for the demands of riding.

Sarvation problem?

It could be a blocked breather in the Fuel filler. Or a blocked fuel filter. Check them both. Most likely the fuel filler breather.

When you start the trimmer and have trigger at full speed the trimmer act as if it is not getting enough gas to keep it running

Make sure first of all fresh gas in unit. And most of all new fuel filter. If the fuel filter is clogged or partially blocked it will stave itself for fuel.

Riding to work bike with no problems acts like

Was driving 2003 Pontiac gran am se1 started acting like it was out of gas and stalling finally just died out and would not crank up again. Installed new spark plugs and wires new fuel filter and new fuel...

Try checking the Ignition Control Module (ICM), there common to go bad and you may not be getting enough voltage to the spark plug wires to create a spark. Auto Zone should have that part and they can give you the step by step instructions to replacing the ICM with common tools. Good luck and hope this helps.

Stalling around 15 30 mph

I would try insoluating the fuel lines anywhere they go past hot parts.I would also run some fuel cleaner in with a few tanks of gasoline. It has done wonders on my truck of 189k.   Lean or no fuel related problem do not set codes. Too much unburned  fuel sets codes.
