How do I know what model Schwinn bike I have?

The model is written on the frame or on the chainguard. If the frame has been repainted the model doesn't matter much, as any value has been severely reduced, especially if it was not a professional paint job.

Why is my paint not drying?

Factors that can prevent paint from drying properly:
Improper prepping by not removing the original coat and applying a latex brand paint instead of oil or alkyd- this is called blocking where the finish feels tacky.

Putting on heavy coats of paint between layers

Environment: too hot or too cold

Smoke damaged paint job

If this is just a smoke smell you are trying to get rid of I would suggest going to a fire/flood home and business restoration place. They have deionizing rooms that will get rid of most if not all of the smell. If it is discoloration then the first step I would take is to look for a product that is made for this. I know they are out there but I don't have experience with brand names to use. If it is inevitable that you need to paint them you can use a very fine sandpaper and more or less scuff the clear coat and reapply. You really have to be careful and very patient with this approach. No short cuts and lots of time.

How to replace under body frame

The sub frame is just held on by 4 bolts, in most cases

That will require a lot of work.

In the front, you will need to drop the entire
drive train,engine,transaxle & front suspension
& remove everything

Then you have two choices

Media Blast your subframe & cut out the rust
& weld in new pieces, that is what I would do,or
get a different one from salvage yard

I would blast & dip or paint that one also

Similar thing in the rear, of various cars.

I do not see anyone but myself doing that, because
I would call that a restoration project & you certainly
don't pay someone for that type work, on an everyday
street driven 10 year old vehicle

How do i take off all of the paint off of my bikes frame

First, completely disassemble everything from the frame. You can leave the front fork attached, but it will be better removed. Use a paint remover (available at hardware or paint store), follow directions. Use steel wool and rubber gloves. A scraper won't do much good. Good luck!

I need to know a paint code to repaint the frame of my 1999 YZ250

I can't say I know the paint code, but PJ1 makes exact match frame paint for MX bikes and I have used it in the past. Google PJ1.

CF 27 Original Boot Disk

What OS did you load? It originally came with either Win 95 or Win 98. I believe I've got the restore cd for the CF-27 Win 98 at the shop. I could burn you a copy.
BTW, how did you get it to load from a usb cdrom?
