Bought 1985 RG 250, the 2 stroke oil has been disconnected, whats the best way to make sure it is working properly before I reconnect?

you will need to bled the pump. look for the bolt with a crush washer on it. fill your tank and remove the bolt the oil will start to come out make sure it comes out with no bubbles. as far the cable adj. you should get manual with out seeing it i would hate to tell you one thing and it not be right. I have gt 250 and the pump timing was an odd one.
you have a really cool bike be safe

Gn250 totaly dead but battery fine,,,,Is there a ignition relay or just a fuse ? thanks It has been fine and been no problem at all , just would not even show the green in nuetral light....

Yes these bikes have a relay with a fuse mounted right inside. Follow your red battery cable away from the battery it runs right into this relay which is the starter relay. it will have a cover that does not look like a cover but has the main fuse under it - should be a 40 amp fuse.

Hi, How do I remove and replace an Ignition switch in a 1985 Ford F 250 V8 Diesel?

can't remeber if i told u how, there is a small access hole under the lock tumbler in the column trim... with the key inserted in the on position. insert a small awl or perhaps a #1 philips screwdriver into the access hole, it will release the lock, just pull out the entire unit with key

Oil cold engine

Some manufacturers use a hybrid cooling method where engine oil is circulated between the engine case and a small radiator. Here the oil doubles as cooling liquid, prompting the name "oil-cooling." Suzuki has produced many "oil-cooled" motorcycles.
