I'm about to change my oil for my on my 1981 suzuki gs650gt and I need to know what type of oil to put in and how much. And what type and how much to put in the drive shaft.

remove the lower plastic and the filter should be behind the exhaust. but before you do that the oil type will be shown on the back of the tank.

No spark on honda superdream 250 good battery ,changed cdi unit. got new coil but wireing isnt the same so not fitted yet

I TAKE IT YOU HAVE CHECKED THE CONDITION OF THE PINOUTS FROM THE ALTERNATOR, THE EARLY SUPERDREAM SUFFERED WITH ALTERNATOR PROBLEMS,IE BURNING OUT/ THE CHAIN WOULD ALSO CUT THROUGH THE WIRE FROM THE ALTERNATOR. AND THE WIRE PINS IN THE BLOCK CONECTORS WOULD ALSO CORODE AWAY. MOST LIKELY FAILURE OF ALTERNATOR MOST COMMON, THERE IS A CHECK YOU CAN DO TO ELIMINATE IT, CHECK THE OBVIOUS FIRST

HI, I HAVE A HONDA CB125 TDE SUPERDREAM 87, BIG END LOOSE

I think honda only sells the complete crank as you have been told.
An expert engine machinist may be able to dissasemble the crank rebuild the journals, grind, source oversize\undersize bearings, refit bearings, reassemble and balance, but the time and cost would be more than a crank.
You may chase a second hand one from a bike breaker, personally I would try to find another motor, as if the big end has gone, there will be wear in other areas of the motor, like the cam bearings which also are not replaceable. It must have had an oil problem..

I have a 1980 suzuki 850 gs and its not charging the battery properly what should i do and where is the charging system located on the engine

As suggested, check the voltage with the engine running accross the battery. If its below 14 volts you have an issue with the stator windings/regulator/rectifier/wiring.
Do the cheapest thing first and clean up all electrical connections, esp the earths.
A manual will tell you how to test the charging system, but the Suzuki GS range has always had charging issues.
The simplist method is to fit the combined reg/rectifier unit from a Honda CB250/400 Superdream.
Always keep your engine oil topped to the max mark, as this cools the stator.
Dont leave this, it is not unknown for the entire system to fail including the CDI if left unchecked.

I have a suzuki GS650gt 1984 which sounds OK on tickover. Rev it hard and there is a rattle. How can you tell if the crank bearings are on the way out?

could just be a timing chain. I'm not sure but I have heard that the slides in the carbs can rattle a bit also.
