Sounds like you have something lose or broken in gearbox..or clutch or kickstart workings.....i would not ride this bike till you know for sure whats up & its fixed!!....1st thing to try is take clutch cover off & inspect to see if you can see anything broke ..this does need pulling down to sort as the bike may well do again when riding may even need to pull the gearbox.cluster out/in bits to check..this means engine out & pull in bits......

Check for failed bearings with the engine in neutral and then roll it back and forwards. If there is only a small bit of movement you may have a locked gearbox (in one of the gears. Or it could be the shaft drive mechanism) try and rotate the rear wheel bearings with the wheel removed from the bike. This will tell you if the fault is with the wheel or the transmission.

Was riding ttr125 down road then rear wheel looked up. cant move kickstart at all. has it seized motor ?

It does sound like the engine has locked up, sorry. If you pull in the clutch does the rear wheel turn? If it does that means the engine has seized.

I have an 80's model 10HP rear engine Snapper riding mower that acts as if the rear wheels are locked together. The mower runs fine but does not want to turn. When you turn the front weels to turn,the...

Sounds like you have problems inside your gear box, The easiest way to check this is to stand the mower up on it's backend and try to turn one wheel and hold the other. You should be able to do this if you get any bucking or the rear end locking up your problem is going to be in the gearbox. FYI make sure you lock your clutch pedal down so the drive disk does not contact the friction disc

Car wont roll forward or back even in neutral

I assume it's a manual transmission.
If the car will not roll backward or forward in neutral (with or without the clutch engaged) the transmission is most likely locked in two gears at the same time.
This may happen if gear selectors are excessively worn. If you are able to examine the gear selection levers external to the gearbox, ensure they are in the 'neutral' (no gear selected) position when the gear lever is in Neutral. If not in correct position, you may be able to manually reset the levers to correct neutral position and thereby unlock the gearbox.
In any case, if it's happened once, it will happen again, so get the gearbox and gear selection mechanism checked for wear or breakage.
