You need either a replacement barrel & piston or an oversize piston & have the barrel bored to fit.
If it is a 'Nickoseal' (plated) barrel, having it bored & replated works out very expensive.
Make sure that no metal particles have found their way down into the crank area, if so the crankcases will have to be split to clean it out. (You can rinse the assembled bottom end with petrol a number of times until clean & hope its all been removed)
