How do i remove the seat to get at my battery on 2003 victory cruiser....siever

You dont need to remjove the seat. the battery cover has 2 pins on top that lift out of holes and a clip on the bottom. just lift the battery cover up 1/2" and pull away from the bike.

if possible put a voltmeter across battery as you remove one circuit at a time. see if you can find the hot circuit.
