If the bike ran good this summer then a simple main jet needle adjustment should work good in the cooler weather.
Remove the top of the carb. remove the needle from the slide and drop the clip down one notch on the needle and reinstall. This will richen it up a bit. run and test. You may want to drop an additional notch depending on your condition.
Move the clip down on the needle and it will make a richer condition. Move the clip up on the needle and will make a leaner running condition.
Dont forget to put it back in the summer.

yeah, that cold would require bigger jets. Sorry, I dont know the sizes off the top of my head. It would be determined on altitude and what climate it was tuned for to begin with.

If it was mine I would change both low speed and main jets to bigger. Again its hard for me to give you anything exact cause I dont know what jets are in it now or what climate it was tuned for to begin with. If it ran good in 60+ degrees F and its now 0 degrees F -n I would start with 2 sizes bigger on both and go from there. There are a lot of variables to consider when tuning in a carb.

Also I would see if I could get the unit running on a prime first before messing with carb settings just to be sure there is not another problem

Clutch very sensitive

Gear it down a bit with a larger rear sprocket and a smaller front sprocket. Put a 13 tooth front sprocket on.

How to change engine oil

Hi, There is no engine oil on this bike. It is a 2 stroke and the oil is in the mix.
When you mix the gas and 2 stroke oil together it will burn and lube the parts that need it. Hope that helps.

Why is it dealer only to find parts or anything for my husky? Why did they create such a weakness in there case kick return spring mount. The thing sheered off the wall of the case and now the bike needs...

I don't think any aftermarket companies make case halves.
We all learn as we go, if I have bad luck with a bike, I'll never buy one again, if it's obviously the manufacturers problem. If your bike is in good shape, it's worth fixing.

2007 650 yamaha vstar popping through the rear cylinder exhaust

First off did you buy it new? Second has it gone through its break in tune up yet?Did you do the re jeting? My guess is it was re jeted wrong & neeeds to be re jeted again or could also need more air(upgraded air kit) or a tfi or power comand fuel mod.My bike also poped untill I did the air & fuel upgrades & them upgrades will also give you a much needed house power needed for this rig.

Bring it to a shop & have it looked at.......

Good luck
