If the touch screen does not work, it may be because it is out of calibration. You can go into settings and navigate using the buttons to recalibrate the touchscreen. Slide the on/off slider briefly. It should give you a menu. Use the - button to scroll down to calibrate. Push the M button This gives the calibration screen. Press the small square that appears in each corner, and finally in the center. This should give you the touch screen, hopefully working.
i have a mp4 player brand name ikasu now it is not being reconised in the usb drive i have lookin in the secotion computer nd it hasent *** up it dosent say any thing usefull in the manual and clearlyt doesent have it in my windows media and when i plug it in it starts chagin when i also dont know how to get music on it i have windowns media player and i am on vista home premiare i dont have a clue how to get music on any ideas ?
My son has just got ikasu mp4 4gb and also had problems.
but after much trial & error it works fine first i formated the
players memory then on video convertor tool i changed
screen rez to the bottom one in the drop box i think it 320*240
and the videos work fine and music you just open as an E drive
the drag and drop mp3s simple!
