You have a transmission problem.

underneath the bike on the left side of the oil pan, right at the front edge is a bolt (some look like a allen wrench bolt). Take it out and also take out the oil dipstick to let it flow easier -but before you do it run the bike for about 5 minutes to heat the oil up some.

I long push on the remote turns it on, 2 quick clicks turn it off.

check your gear ratio ie chain and sprokets if thay are to high of a ratio this will happen . as these bikes dont start to make power untill thay rev up hight . thay are tuned for top end revs and speed
