If the battery light won't go of after replacing the battery you have a bigger issue, chances are the altanator is not putting out enough voltage. I would have that check as soon as possible, that way you don't die on the road. when the car is running the altanator should be putting out 14.6 volts at all times, if it is below 13 then the altanator should be replaced.

Test your door switches. You'll see them where door closes against them ( push switch ) at door post. Sometimes testing one door at a time by opening door and pushing in hard by hand will turn light out, if defective one not found that way, you'll have to remove and test one at a time. I'd start with drivers door first.

1996 dodge intrepid when abs light on there's no heat or power to windows

It has nothing to do with the ABS light,check your fuses or go to Autozone and they will put it on there gun for you for nothing and if it's a sensor they will no!

I have a 99 Intrepid and it wont start. There is no power to the dash(nothing). Battery is 1 year, Starter new. With boost cables, dash lights up, but car only clicks.

battery is dead again let it charge longer then try it.
clean your cables and then have the alt and battery checked if they are both good then something is staying on like mine my brake lights stayed on once and killed the battery

My dodge intrepid wont charge

Check in the trunk and the glove box to be sure the lights are shutting off when they are closed, and be sure your interior lights go off when you shut the door. If it's nothing like that, it is probably your starter solenoid that is draining it after you shut it off, and it will need to be replaced.

My 2002 dodge intrepid se with 2.7 engine wont start and i just had a brand new battery put in. all it does is crank and act like it wants to start but it wont.it is not the fuel pump. can you help me find...

thottle, cam or crank position sensor. is the engine light on, if so buy a OBDII code reader
comes with a book that tells you what codes are
costs about the same as taking it to a shop once
for a reading.
