Question about 2003 Yamaha YZ 250
I can only give you a ball park based on my experience. The cost will vary greatly depending on who you go to. However, if you pull out your own motor and bring it to them that will cut down on some labor costs. For me to rebuild my yz426f motor, after pulling the motor myself and having the shop do the rest it was about $500 with parts and labor. I would expect roughly that, but it is always wise to plan on a bit more.
