My battery on my 94 Honda cbr 600 f2 wont hold a charge I jump it and it will run for a short while then die

With a voltmeter check to see if terminals show several volts higher than battery specs when bike is running. If so then replace battery. If not have charging system checked out.

I have a 2000 suzuki intruder 1500 lc, battery just went dead and turns over very slow and then dies, I just bought a new battery today and the went dead after riding for a few minutes, once again it turns...

Sounds like you have a bad stator or rectifier. If you like to work on your own bike get a repair manual it will give you several test you can do. Charge the battery to full charge, take a volt meter and put in on the battery leads pos to plus and neg to ground. start the bike and watch the meter it should be putting out over 13 volts if it is not have your rectifier and stator checked by a pro. also check the compression valve cable it may be out of adjustment . I had one of those bike for 13 years a great bike

Battery charging system doesnt charge battery when bike is running

don't let it fool you. sometimes depending how old your battery is will make you think it is not
charging . your bike charges just enough to keep yourou battery at top charge and that is it. so
then you shut your bike down and after a short time you go to crank it back up and it wants to
but just dose not have enough charge to do it, that is when you know your battery is no good .
even if you full charge it and then ride it may be fine , but the lights are on all of the time and
touching the brake will take that full charge a way quick if the battery is no good . 2 years is pushing it , and some will last longer ,but trust me when I say this . good luck.

2006 firebolt 1200 battery gose dead while riding and bike dies

I guess we are talking about a Buell
You more than likely have a charging issue.Start bike and check volts at battery it should be around 14.5 volts (with bike running) if not its not charging (stator or regulator)

Dropping cylinder at 10rpm and possible generator /stater problem

It seems the charging system of your bike is not working
Recharge the battery and thn fit it in the bike and start it and check the charging rate.
Remember with lights 'on' it drains power from the battery butthe charging system of theengine takes over i.e. if its working alright, with your explanation, its for sure the charging system is not functioning.
Chekc the altenator and the rectifier.

Burgman 250 will not start

Ck fuses and wire connections first. If no problem seen, get bike running and disconnect the ground cable @ battery. If bike dies the problem generally is in the stator or regulator assembly not keeping battery charged. Bike will run untill the battery is too low to keep the ignition system energized and the bike will die. If it continues running w/the ground disconnected, the battery could have a dead cell which will drain the battery in a very short time whether it is running or not.

Misfire

Hi ..... Do you have access to a multi meter ? Place across the battery, when bike is running and you should display 13.2 - 14volts. Sounds like a dying battery (dead cell ?), lack of charging or elctrics shorting to earth .............. go for the first two first.
Good Luck.
