Yes you can reset at home:

1. To reset MAINT reminder light after engine oil replacement, turn ignition switch to OFF position with odometer showing ODOMETER READING. Turn ignition switch to ON position while holding down trip meter RESET button.
2. Hold trip meter RESET button down for at least 5 seconds until odometer indicates "000000" and MAINT reminder light goes out.

Hold "trip reset" , turn ignition key to the "on" position and continue to hold, it will start flashing after 10 seconds , continue to hold until it stops. Release "trip", turn key off then on and recheck .

look at the mileage on your odometer, then look in the owners manual for the maint required for that mileage. when the maint is done, the light will be reset by the person that performed the maint.

open the slide out where your fuel/ trunk opener are.
the trip/reset button are there. turn the ingnition on without having your foot on the brake, while holding the reset button. the maint light will flash 5 times or the "resetting oil maint" message will appear. hold the reset button until it finishes. if you have nav you will need to go into "info" then maint and rest the mileage in the nav screen. you owners manual also has these insrtuctions in it

To reset the system. Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position with the odometer reading shown. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position while holding down the trip meter reset knob. Hold down the knob for at least 5 seconds. The odometer indicates "000000" and the light goes off. If the system fails to reset, the light will continue flashing.

That is for oil changes. It come on when the oil change is due.
When you have your oil change done, the lube tech should reset the this light every time.

most likely requires a service make sure engine oil/air/fuel filters are changed when beeing serviced check charging rate,aux belts etc reset light

hello frcs68 , to reset the light , turn key off , press and hold the trip meter knob , turn the key to on , engine off , continue to hold it till it flashes , - - - - - , - - - - . - - - , - - , - , - - - - - , it looks like that , then its reset . hope that fix ya
