There are two places where gearbox oil can leak into the combustion process: from the gasket between the two engine case halves, or from the crank seal on the right hand end of the crankshaft. The most likely culprit is the crankshaft seal.

There are two main causes for this, especially given your limo's age:
- a leak, and you would notice little puddles of oil underneath the car
- worn piston rings - this will cause blue smoke from the exhaust, especially after idling for a few minutes
Have someone watch at the back, when the engine is hot, and after idling steadily for a few minutes, rev up suddenly to 2000-3000 RPM.
If you get a big cloud of blue smoke, the engine is worn.

Oil leaks out black tube when running with white smoke, is it a valve adjustment?

It is not a valve adjustment I think you will find that there is too much oil / gas in the gearbox. Some compression is getting past the piston rings and into the gearbox. That means unburned fuel is getting into the oil diluting it and slowly adding to the amount of "oil" in the gearbox. The pressure going into the gearbox is vented to the atmosphere and when the oil level gets too high the pressure carries some of the oil out of the vent tube and onto the road. Change the oil more frequently and most of the problem will go away. That is the cheap fix. The proper fix is to do a top end job; New piston, rings, and re-bore the cylinder if needed. Re-seat the valves since the head is already of to service the piston. The proper fix will probably cost $500 or so. Now, don't you like that bit of white smoke just a little bit? Please rate my answer. Thanks.

I'm leaking transmission oil but I don't know from where . The oil is on the left side down by the skid plate

Right behind the cylinder, on the top of the right center case half is a hose. The hose is to vent the buildup of pressure from piston blow-by into the gearbox. The vent hose is routed to the rear of the gearbox and the oil is probably winding up on the skid plate. Does the engine smoke a bit? It sounds like it's time to bore the cylinder and install a new piston and rings.

A white smoke coming out from my exhaust. do i need to change already my piston, piston ring and piston lining?

could have too much oil in it. Check oil level. If this is a reaccurring problem , suspect fuel leaking from carb. into oil.

2005 yamaha ttr125et has blue exhaust smoke

Blue exhaust smoke means one thing: crankcase oil getting into the combustion process. The most likely cause is worn piston rings. Other possible causes are worn valve guides or a blockage of the crankcase vent. Tip: blue exhaust smoke under acceleration = piston rings. Under deceleration = valve guides.
Also make sure someone did not put a gas/oil mixture in the fuel tank by mistake (thinking it had a two cycle engine).

Oil leak

This is normal on a two stroke. The exhaust is held on by a couple of springs. The motor is burning the oil that lubricates the top end, smoke from the exhaust and oil leak is normal. You might check your ratio, a good ration is 50:1

The smoke is obviously a big indicator you have oil in the combustion chamber. On turbo motors it is likely coming from a leaking oil seal in the turbo housing itself. But there is a possibility of internal damage like a piston. Might want to run a compression test to eliminate any internal engine issues first, then focus back on the turbo oil seals.
