Fuel leaking out of the air box drain tube while engine is running, that would almost have to be a stuck float right?

Yep you got it a stuck float or possibly a plugged main jet, but more likely the float....and probably its not stuck, its probably bad and needs replaced, if there is fuel in the float itself replace it.

I have a 1973 rt 360 it starts fine and then runs wide open

Sounds like a fuel regulation problem. If a carburator is involved check it for the float valve being stuck. If fuel injected, check the pressure regulator. Also check for possible air leaks in tubes leading to the engine...an air leak will cause abrupt revving.

Toro leaking gas through air filter

The inlet needle in the carb is leaking, it may be the activating arm has stuck, remove the float bowl and gently work the float up and down a few times, make sure the needle is moving. Failing that replace the needle valve.

There is oil coming out through the carbs into the four rubber tubes going into what appears to be an (airbox?). Not sure what the box is for. Oil is leaking from box onto the ground through a hose that I...

air boxes usually have a hose coming out of them for just that... to drain the air box of oil or water that gets in it. it doesnt attach to anything, it's just to drain the box onto the ground instead of all over the bike.

Oil comming out of air intake

The oil coming out of your carburetor is coming from your crank case. Either you have a stuck float, a stuck float needle, dirt in your carburetor, or you have a vacuum style petcock with a leaking diaphragm. Take apart and clean your carburetor. Drain your tank , take apart and inspect your fuel petcock. If the diaphragm is bad repair it with a K&L rebuild kit or put on a new petcock. Inspect your air filter if it is saturated with oil replace it and drain the excess fluid out of the air box. Also check your engine oil, if your crankcase is too full (gas/oil mixture) you will need to change your oil before running the engine.

I have a honda cx500d 1981 and it has oil spray out of the exhaust where should i start to look to fix it it sprays a lil bit when idle but when you rev it oil really comes out

First check your oil level. If it is too high , your engine is full of gasoline. You will need to change your oil, drain the air box pollution tubes that hang down in front of the rear wheel (place a pan under the tube and pull out the plug , drain the tube , and replace the plug), check that the air filter is not saturated with oil (if so replace it). You may have a bad vacuum diaphragm on your petcock that is leaking gas into the motor. You can rebuild the the petcock with a K&L rebuild kit or replace it with a new one. You may have a sunk float or a worn or stuck float needle. Take the carburetors apart clean and inspect the components and replace as needed. Unfortunately, even a perfect motorcycle can have a float needle stick and fill the engine with gas forcing you to change your diluted oil. the only answer for this is to always turn off your fuel petcock when not riding.

I have a sears lawnmower that was flooded recently. I bought a tune up kit and installed it. I changed the gas and oil also. when I poured in the gas it all came out the air filter. What should I check...

carburator float is stuck in the open position allowing fuel to continiously run / drain out the fuel tank into the carb and then overflow into the venturi of the carb into the engine and out the air filter. Bottom line the carb needs to be disassembled cleaned and rebuilt
