My amp cuts out when it gets really hot. any reason why it would cut out or get real hot. is it cuz i have it hooked from the battery that powers the car too should i get a bigger battery or a second...

I had a Pioneer amp that did this too. There is no easy fix to it. Just try to keep it cool.
It shuts itself down when it gets to hot so it doesn't have a catastrophic failure. (melt)
There shouldn't be any issues with being wired to your car battery.

Make sure its got plenty of open space(if possible) add a fan maybe.

Or take some of the load off of it by 1. Adding an amp. 2. Turn it down

I would take option 1 You have the amp so you can turn it up in the first place

Good luck

Powercord gets too hot only at one spot which is really close to where it plugs into the wall

Try a different outlet. If that doesn't fix it, cut off the plug and install another one you get from the hardware store. Pay attention to whether the prongs are different or the same size. If they're different be sure and buy a polarized plug. Then, before you cut off the old plug look on the cord for a ribbed side to see which prong (narrow or wide) the ribbed side of the cord goes to. That way you will keep the same polarity on the new plug. If the prongs are the same width on the old plug it won't matter.

Water spay is really hot from the motor? cuts out after a short run. it gets that hot it steams. you can only get 500 meters then it cuts out? please help

Sounds like either your water pump is worn out, water intakes are clogged, or something is blocking the water passages in the motor. Just because you have water spray coming out from the motor, it does not mean that the motor is getting adequate cooling. In any case, you should take it to a motor repair shop and get it checked. If you keep running it hot you will probably ruin the motor.

Main oven over heating

A thermostst has gone

Ring up the supplier and ask them if they will cover the fault under warranty as a goodwill gesture in light of the fact it is only XXXX months old.

Be nice and see what happens

If they get nasty tell them they do have a moral and legal obligation to provide goods of merchantable quality

Not cutting right - or at all

Depending on how much use the saw has gotten over the years the problem could be a very dull blade, worn out motor brushes, or a nearly worn out motor. The danger is that a power tool that is not working as it should is much more hazardous than a newer saw that is working properly.

Mazda etude 160ie a/c cuts out after approx 45 min driving.

Could be an electrical part that only fails after getting really hot. Coils and ignition modules are known for this. Unfortunately, these parts cannot be tested for this heat-soak type problems, other than to see if spark quality at the plugs has degraded when failing. One other thought. A bad gas cap which is not allowing air to flow in as gas is used can cause this and that is a cheap part to replace just for grins.

I have a new fender twin amp. It keeps cutting out when playing, get really hot and is very noisey

Sounds like you might have a problem in the output stage and that it hasn't completely blown out just yet. I'd expect it to get worse soon, like not working at all or maybe smoke coming out or both. You might consider seeing a repair tech. soon. Good luck.
