Hi, I have a 1982 honda 200e 3 wheeler. I was wondering how to set the time? I believe its not timed right. I have gas and a spark but no go. I dont have the head light set up so is thats what wrong? Because I saw that the ground goes to the head light. All I can get the atc to do is backfire every once in a while. Doesnt run just a really load gun shot like noise and then white smoke comes out the exaust. The first time it did that there was alot of smoke but now I cant really even tell if there is. My dad wants to know how to set the time so we can check the valves and see if there ok. I bought it recently an I have never heard it run. And when I opened the cdi box there was a bunch of "red dust". DO you know what that was? And there is a screw or two missing from the carburetor. The idle screw on the outside ( i dont know to much about 4 stroke carburetors) and I think a screw above the choke switch. When I tip the carb over gas comes out of that hole so I dont know what it does. I cleaned the spark plug and the cdi box. I still get a spark but I thought it might help. How much volts or watts or oems is supposed to come from the cdi box? and how much is the spark plug supposed to give?
