What type of Clutch oil should i use in my 82 cr250r

Depending on the temperature in your area, use 10W-40 or 20W-50 (four stroke) motor oil. It holds roughly one quart.
As for the silverish appearance of the oil that's come out of it; if the oil has been in there long enough, I would expect to see some metel particles in the oil. Especially considering there's no filtration of the oil while it is in use. You probably should plan on changing it more often.
