Check the battery voltage. It should read at least 13.5 volts. Also make sure the battery cable connections are tight and corrosion free. Did you check the 30 amp main fuse? It is located with the starter relay.
If the above all check okay, then look at the big plastic plug on the bottom of the ignition switch. Unplug it and make sure the connectors are not corroded or melted. Check for battery voltage at the switch, between the red wire and ground. If there's power to the switch and still nothing - then you've most likely got a bad ignition switch.
