New pressure washer runs starts and runs for 30-45 minutes with no problems then dies and will not restart. Once it cools for a few minutes it will restart but will die again quickly. If it is allowed to sit for 30+ minutes it will run for another half hour but then dies again. Changed oil, gas, checked all obvious areas. Any suggestions?

You may be having an intermittent failure with the fuel pressure regulator - checking the fuel pressure when the truck won't start may pinpoint this problem. If the pressure looks OK, this same problem can be caused by the ignition system as well (ignition coil or control module).
I have the exact same pressure washer and have had the same issues with it. The cure for me was to simply run the washer with the gas cap loose. For some reason the fuel gets vacuume locked and stops flowing into the carb. The fuller the tank is it seems the shorter the time is between the time it starts and the time it shuts off. Or you might find a way to vent the cap. Hope this helps.
Check your manual to see if it call for premium or regular. Premium has less energy per gallon and is designed for higher compression engines. What makes it "premium" is more anti-knock compounds - not better quality or performance. Sounds like a vapor lock problem that resolves as the engine cools. Regular gas may help with that.
I am going to suggest a tune of of the engine. Change the oil and oil filter. Check the air filter is clean and replace it if it isn't. A new spark plug.
Sounds like your ignition coil is going bad. I believe you can have those checked for free at your local auto parts store. When they start to go bad they will fail on you when they get hot but once they cool down they are good to go again. Let me know if you have any other questions. The problem is the plastic float in the carburetor, it's not adjustable and after sitting up with gas in it it distorts. Save yourself the trouble and buy a new one, you can get them online for $15-$20.
