Hi and welcome to FixYa,

On your queries for a 1992 Suzuki GSX 600 F:
  • will turn over but will not start - have you checked for the presence or absence of spark?
  • It is not the battery or gas - have you considered insufficient gas at the carb's bowls?
  • Could it be gas filter clog - to verify, determine the quantity and quality of fuel from the drain hoses individually by loosening the drain screw one at a time. Compare all 4.
