Try changing your sparkplugs if that doesn't work change your HT leads, if it dev. try checking the fuel pump and wirers to it

pull the fuel pump fuse out and try to start car to relieve pressure,once that is done and the car won't start,you can remove filter,once replaced turn on ignition for 3 seconds to prime fuel system

Try a new sparkplug and wire on cyl # 4. Clear the codes if you can and retest.

I think you mean heat range for spark plugs. it is the resistence to heat. the higher the number the better.
