2003 GMC YXL DENALI - "Service Ride Control" Error message - Compressor no longer kicks on at start up for the last few weeks - Kicked on once a few days ago and then stopped - Intermittent "Stability Control Disabled" Error while driving - Rear Suspension NOT sagging - Checked fuses I thought would affect Autoride - none burnt out assuming I checked the right one. - Recently replaced water pump that was leaking - was it leaking on any electrical components that could affect the Ride Control? - Also have an oil drip that does not look like front main seal - is there any oil/hydraulic component to Autoride Shocks?

Ride control compressors burn up because of leaking air line or shocks. Replacing compressor won't last long if you have a leak. Most of these units are mounted under floor near rear axle.
Is hydrloic system working when you start your car usually the hydraulic system works around 5 minute the ride control it?s the rear chock absorbers so, if it's not working check the(RTD fuse)in fuses box in the engine area under the hood
if your engine starts up and dies right away the you probably have a fuel pump problem and the service ride control mean that your air ride compressor has gone bad just turn your key to the on position and wait about 30 seconds you will here buzzing from the left rear wheel area if the compressor is working
leaking suspension air bags is the most common cause, but the system can be tested for trouble codes, I suggest u do so, only the dealer can do this, but guessing about what the problem is can get very expensive very fast.
