Hi,
    Please count the number of LED, that how many times it flashes in a specific time period. Numer of LED blinks doente the specific problem in specific area. Therefore, first count the LED blinking for example 2 times 3 times.....up to 10 times. And then post your problem again or reply me. Then i will be able to tell you the solution.

No picture or do u have a blue (or some other color) screen? And the blinking red light, is that the indicator light down by the power button that is blinking? I have the same tv and very similar problem, i have a blue screen and the red indicator light is blinking. You have a bad video cable connection or video card has failed. Try unplugging the cable and or relacing it. If not it may be your video card.

Red light indicates that the camera is out of charged., Try to charged your battery for 3-4 hrs if you encounter flashing red on a fully charged battery you need to call kodak 1 800 235 6325 ext 12

You can charged you camera using 5V AC Adaptor or a USB cable taht attached into the computer
