The temp gauge on my 1100 83 goldwing now runs hotter than years past it reaches the point the electric fan cuts on very quickly. I feel much more heat off the engine while riding than before. It has a new water pump and the thermostat opened correctly in a pan of water before it started to boil. The radiator looks clean. Suggestions?

- The antifreeze is 50/50 with the water. How would I get rid of a potential air bubble you mentioned? I do have another radiator to try out even though this one "looks" ok.
Sounds like you my have a air bubble keeping the coolant from flowing correctly. Also is the coolant mixed right with the water? You my need to change the fluid and flush the radiator cause it my be plugged enough to restrict the water flow causing over heating.

- If the water is flowing good threw the radeator then you probley dont have a air bubble. I would not run it without a thermastate

06' Yamaha FJR1300A w/n raise windshield, activate horn, open glove box, nor warm up OEM heated grips. Are they all on the same grounding point, what is the location, and what is required to repair? (Y.E.S. not expired yet)
