Cant charge i cant charge my v3xx when my batteries is fully drained

I don't have that particular phone, but my phone has a small LED in the front that turns to red when it's in the charger with a fully drained battery, yellow when it's above 20% charge, and green when it's fully charged.

If the phone is fully charged, but it won't turn on when you press the power button, there's probably a problem with either your charger or the battery itself. I suggest replacing the battery, or when it's built into the phone itself visit the store where you bought it. They might know what to do.

Could have a bad battery or charger. Try a different charger.
Also, you may want to totally drain the battery before rechargeing unit.

to prolong the life of your batteries the best practice would still to drain the batteries first and have it fully charged . in fully draining the batteries you may need a spare battery pack when your using the camera on events or taking pictures on your vacation .

if you do not have the luxury of draining the batteries every time better have a routine schedule maybe every 1 month you can drain your batteries before charging them

try draining all the battery first, then remove the battery and put it back. It may just be a loose battery. Charge it until it is full.

maybe your prob pertains to your phones battery or power supply...

Generally most batterys are left on the charger overnight, thats a good way to ensure a full charge, but as you will be using it in your car, it doesn't matter much as power is always available.

To ensure best possible battery life when you have a brand new battery, charge it fully and then drain it almost to 0% Draining most batterys into 0% will be harmfull instead of helpful, I assume the nuvi uses a Li-ion battery so draining it fully is not a good idea, drain it almost fully and then charge it fully.

And you are good to go, repeat the process if you leave the unit unused for a month or two for best battery life.

if the adapter charge the battery but cant keep the lappy power up thereis something rong with your motherboard. to test take the battery out plug adapter in turn lappy on. if it does not power on motherboard problem

Synchronize your E2, then work on draining the battery all the way down in order to reduce the effect of battery memory. Memory happens when we repeatedly partially charge a battery. Over time the battery will forget how to keep a full charge, but will remember how to be partially charged. That's usually when users realize there's a problem. The first step is to drain the battery and FULLY charge it at least fully on the battery's indicator, but if you can, let it sit for 24hrs. The second step is to try to use the battery more before charging it and let it charge fully (ie-overnight) before using it when you need to charge it.
