Use a volt meter and do a continuity test from one side of the fuse to the other. If the fuse if is still good you will have continuity, if it is blown there will be NO continuity.

Are carbs factory sealed & what are specs?

Hi, William for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary, transport your bike to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your problem. Hi, Norman the parts fiche shows it as a shouldered threaded bolt with a crimp nut remove the nut and tap out the bolt, for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the best tool you ever bought for your Suzuki, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one. 02 suzuki volusia wont start battery good but nothing happens when key turn to start

Check your fuse box, your main fuse is probably blown. Some times the main fuse is located on or by the starter solenoid. If all the fuses are good you may be having problems with a dirty or broken contact base on your ignition switch.
