Most modern bikes do it, ( my friends bikes all do it ) it's a way of the tacho to reset itself every time you switch the bike on, worry if it doesn't do it. ;-)

On my transit connect 55 reg when i turn key my rev counter goes to highest and stays there

In the Transit connect, they have plug in connections to the dial, these often vibrate loose, its a case of taking the clock out and pushing the plugs back in!!

My Mitsubishi lancer GDI won't rev.it turns the engine on and just wen its about to run it doesn't rev and goes off

You've obviously taken on some water in the engine somewhere you shouldn't have. These newer computer-driven engines are tricky, Few of us fully understand them. Park your car in a place where the sun is on it, hood open of course, for the longest period of time possible. Wait it out. Meanwhile pour some gas drier in the gas tank. It'll probably be OK...Don't do that again.

My car is sliping an wont engage wen i step on the gas it just revs the rpms an wen i come to a stop it wont move till i put the car in park an turn off ignition an restart then it will drive

You may want to have the transmission fluid and filter changed. It sounds like its starving for fluid, especially when it is cold.

Complicated GE clock radio/CD player

To set the time:
Hit the SET Wake/Time Button closest to the CD player until the clock face appears in the bottom left hand of the display.

Use the TRACK Rev Search Fwd Arrows to adjust the time.
Rev will decrease by minutes and Fwd will increase by minutes.

Hope this helps.
