What is a driving glove?

It protects the hands of the driver and provides better grip and control of the vehicle. Reduces Hand Fatigue and the vibrations from your wheel that tire the hand when driving for long periods of time.
There are the different type of motorbike gloves, you can choose one depending on the climate condition and your needs.
For extream cold condition, battery heated gloves ( Beheizbare Handschuhe ) are the best option.

Can anyone suggest a website where I can buy a tool grip? I have carpal tunnel syndrome and find it really painful to hold tools without one.

Tool grips are great for protecting against repetitive injuries such as carpal tunnel. I saw some nice ones on the Hogue inc site and they come in a good range of colors.
Good luck

What are the benefits of rubber grip?

The rubber grip insulates hands from cold, shock and vibration, so it's the right choice for cold-weather hiking. The downside is that it's more likely to chafe or blister sweaty hands, so it's less suitable for warm-weather hiking.

How do i replace the hand grip on guardian red dot crutches?

I had the same problem, but i found an answer.
have a friend with 2 good feet help you with this.
Turn the crutch upside down and place armrest on the ground.
Stand on the outside edges of the armrest and pull crutch upward. The armrest is not glued to the rest of the unit. It's just a snug fit. Once the armrest is removed, the hand piece can be removed.
Now comes the struggle to remove the damaged rubber hand grip, and put the new one on, took me about 5 minutes to do this step.
Then reverse what you've done, put the hand grip back on the crutch, put the armrest back on, turn the crutch upside down, and push the armrest back into place.

Hope this helps!

Irregular reading from heart monitor

The most common reasons for this are poor contact with the chest strap and signal interference.

If you visit my tips and tricks page there is a step by step trouble shooting guide for heart rate monitors.

If you are not using a chest strap, but instead using the hand grips for HR, this is another issue.

Most common with hand grips is gripping too tight or your grip is somehow not making good contact with the handle. handle grips are not as accurate as chest straps as they are more reliant on "how" you grip the sensor. Also moving around your hands while gripping will cause problems.

finally - if all these things are satisfied, you may just have a weak sensor or problem with the maching itself.

Samsung camcorder SMX-F34BN. Need to replace hand grip. Have replacement part, but do not know how to remove old and replace. Help

Hi,
Follow the steps to replace hand grip :
Remove two screws near battery
Remove the tiny screws on each side of the hand grip release.
Once screws are removed, gently prise of button. Do not attempt to remove the lever.
Remove the four screws holding the eyepiece in place.
Once the four screws are removed, pull out the eyepiece, notice the button that operates the cartridge access.
On the top of the camera, using a pointed tool and light hammer, gently tap in an anti-clockwise direction.
Now slowly lift from the front, taking care not to damage the power zoom buttons on the other side, and slide towards rear of camera to remove cover.
With the camera facing you, remove screws below the lens, then gently remove the side cover above the hand grip.
Use a blade to scrap away glue around the two screw heads, then remove screws. Then, using a pointed tool, insert into one of the small holes, and using a light hammer, gently tap to unscrew the hand grip screw.
Thats it hand grip is removed . Now replace the hand grip and follow the above steps in vice versa .

Hope this helps .

Installing new grips

I use hair spray. -Cut the old ones off -Soak the clip-on (left) w/hairspray -Quickly slide grip on and align. Once it is aligned allow it to dry. -Soak throttle tube (right) with hairspray, slid grip on, align, and allow to dry. I guess this is probably a bad time to tell you about the R1 throttle tube (or BRG throttle tube) mod. It's a bigger throttle tube which means less twisting to go WOT. Late model Gixxers are notorious for a long twist to go WOT.
