I have a poulan wild thing 42cc 2006 model i am getting fire and fuel but it will not hit even with ether removed exhaust it is not stopped up

Check the flywheel key on the coil side. Sometimes these can shear and would knock the timing off. If it is good, make sure you have sufficient t fire, check with spark tester. Make sure the air gap on the coil is set to .012" and you should have 125 - 145 lbs of compression. If the ring is stuck and compression is low, it will not fire and run.

Was riding when I started losing power. Then began pouring out smoke let it sit a few days, drained carbs and it fired right up,seamed to run fine except it still had little power.whats wrong with it

You probably broke a cylinder ring. The cylinders are dry when you haven't started them for a while and sometimes that extra friction catches a ring just right and breaks it. A break in the ring kills compression and therefore power. Also the ring allows oil to come up from the oil pan into the combustion chamber where it doesn't burn and you get all the smoke.
Run a compression check on each cylinder by putting a compression tester in the spark plug hole. If one reading is a lot lower than the average...you found your culprit

What's your problem?I've got a k650 partner saw that was starting and running great, really great. It ran out of fuel, we filled it, it ran for another 5 min and then died out. It didn&

You need to check it is mechanicaly sound, a compression test will give you a good idea, anything under 110 psi and you have a problem with either piston/ring wear, or it has seized.

I have a 1990 fxr with a single fire ignition, cam and s&s carb. I am not getting the rear cylinder to fire. I just cahnged the coil but no change. I have compression out the exhaust pipe for the rear...

With a single fire ignition, you cannot swap the wires. A dual fire ignition, yes, but not a single fire. You need two things to get the cylinders to fire, spark and compression. Take the plugs out of both cylinders. Run a compression test on the rear cylinder. You need at least 100 PSI to get the cylinder to fire like it should.

Next, put your plugs in the wires, (they should already be in the wiresand grounded) and spin the engine over. Watch for the plugs to spark, especially the rear plug. If you have spark and compression it should run on the rear cylinder. If it still doesn't run, either something is way wrong with the ignition or a very bad air leak on the intake.

If you don't have spark at the rear plug, you need to check the coil. A single fire coil is different from a dual fire coil. The primary wiring is different as well. If you've got the primary wired incorrectly, you won't get spark at the rear plug. Go to the website of the manufacturer of your ignition system. Most of them have downloadable installation instructions. Check your primary wiring.

Got a honda 3 wheeler 200e bigred runs but does not charge bat the stator that runs lights and charging has two wires how do i check it thanks

make the big red running then removed the positif wire on the battery...if lights continue to works then the stator should be ok because it produced energy to make the light on...you will have to check for the voltage regulator that may not redirected any power to the battery....if this test d,idnt work then let me know...i will give you some stator continuity read.

The cultivator is getting gas, the plug looks new but no fire

Check Compression, if you dont have a gage put your finger in spark plug hole it should blow it out.
Next check for spark,It should be a blue spark at plug.
Next put a little fuel in carb and see if it will fire.
Hope this helps. Let me know.
