There are many things that can go wrong, but only two different areas. First we have electrical and then mechanical. first ascertain you have power to the pump if so then make sure ground is good, if still not working consider replacing it.
If no power go back to the battery then to the circuit to the fuel pump relay and or fuse, check each connector. if you are not getting power to the relay it could be a little more complicated issue of the "trigger" signal energize the fuel pump circuit from the ECM.
This can get frustrating really quickly, so if you end up dropping off at the dealer...feel NO shame.
