I have a pit bike but need some parts for the engine the only number i have on the engine is DJ152FMI 050804519. can anyone help me work out what make of engine this is

How to put a pit bike egine back on

I'd start by hooking the motor back up to the frame then lift it up so you can put the top engine mount bolt in and then u just have to tighten the motor down and hook the lines back up and electrical and ur good to go.

Hi there where would be the best place to find a decent priced replacement engine for my hubby's GPX 250

You didn't say what year model, but really not much has changed on the GPX over the years. Which makes this engine swap a snap. You can try ebay for a used engine or possibly someone parting out a bike. Also, a company called Factory Powerhouse, they sell bolt in (pit bike) engines.

Were can i find parts for this

you may be able to get parts for your pit bike at, www.bitzforbikes.com or www.wemoto.com you might find that you've got a Honda engine in it alot of them do. Good luck

I had a 110cc pit bike and it didnt have a clutch so can you tell me how the clutch works ?

it has a centrifugal clutch
its spring loaded shoes engage the drum when the engine revs are increased !
