May I suggest a trip to your local library. Cycle repair books should be in 646 stacks of reference.

Speak to hunter motorcycles at www.huntermotorcycles.com.au. You can find a workshop manual for a very similar bike at www.blackeysbikes.com. The manual is for a Johnny Pag bike which is basically the hunter spyder in the us. I use this manual to work on my bike.

    1991 fzr 250 . timin chain noise at idle and just above idle. . runs great and no noise once the revs get up. . but how hard are they to adjust ??


    They are very easy to adjust you will find the adjuster at the rear of the engine my advice to you would be to purchase a workshop manual for the machine it will give you step by step instruction with pictures wich will make the task at hand even easier
