Do you mean "tires" ? of course you can change the tires, check your local motorcycle shop for different tires available.

The vehicle pulls all over the road when it is wet and is uncontrollablevy thing to stop it is to park itego all over the road the onlhicle pulls severely in wet weather only loses tractin and starts

replace traction control/abs sensors, and drop the fuel tank and replace the fuel filter. The fuel filter has probably never been replaced because of its location. You will NOT resolve the problem until you change the fuel filter.

Cant get my sachs prima started

It's a 32 year old moped designed for about 12-20k of use and to only last a few years. When was the last time it ran? Is the fuel tank, carburetor, and ignition system in good condition? How old is the fuel? Do you have the oil/fuel ratio mixed correctly? How about compression? does the engine have the correct compression. That is a very simple machine, if you have spark, combustion and fuel it will run. If is missing any of those it will not.

My sachs sx1 50cc has benn offf the road for about three months the last time had the bike out i was drvng down the road and the bike died on me and wouldnt start the bike was full of 2 stroke and full of...

There may be water in the carb float bowl from condensation. There should be a drain screw on the side or bottom of the bowl. Just remove the screw and let it drain then replace the screw. Turn the gas on, wait for the bowl to fill up then try to start it. Is the air filter clean? Install a new spark plug.

I lost control of my steering and veered off to other side of highway wiht no control. and when i finally stopped i was able to pull over. what happend? the roads were not wet.

If it's cold in the area where you were driving, it's possible that you encountered black ice. Black ice is nearly undetectable and once you are on it you need to keep the steering straight and not brake at all. You should not make any abrupt changes in throttle position either. Four wheel drive cannot help you on that kind of road surface...once the wheels are slipping it doesn't matter how many wheels are pushing the vehicle.
If the weather was warm and you are absolutely certain that the road was good, have a competent shop check your steering components over very carefully. Having something like that happen a second time is not an time you may hit something or someone.

1500 HD 6.0 V8 4 wheel drive pulls when on wet or slick roads

Test the tread depth, see how close it is on all 4, Toe-in setting is supposed to point the front tires toward each other very slightly. On a dry surface in 4x4 if you turn a tight circle you should feel skipping when the tires pull against each other. Caster, camber and toe in should have all been checked on all 4 wheels. With newer cars that have traction control and antiskid, the old methods of alignment are not any good. It is quickly becoming quite specialized.

My ABS warning light is coming on sometimes?

A lot of times it's as simple as a dirty/rusty surface on one or more sensors at the wheels. Does it appear to happen more when wet weather, dirty roads etc? Also did he clean /sandpaper, or steel wool the sensors and wirebrush or whatever the reference points on the wheel do you know? I've seen a quick trip to the carwash, and blast water in behind the wheels, clean them too, especially here in Canada during snow season.

Unknown button

The rear window wiper could be any number of things, from a blown fuse to broken wires to a failed wiper motor. As for the "W" button, it's for Winter driving mode. It'll start the car off the line in 2nd gear to minimize torque to the road and thus control wheelspin, and it alters the shifting parameters of the car so that it remains as stable as possible in slippery conditions.
