Can i convert to endura (lights front and rear)

Hi Vulikhaya:
Your engine may not be happy with you.
The first thing I would do would be to check the oil level. That's not going to fix anything but it might be an indication as to why the oil warning light was on.
If the engine has been run without adequate oil for 100 miles, there is a distinct possibility that it has received SERIOUS damage.
I would sincerely recommend that you have it checked by an experienced mechanic. If we were to try to coach you through various fixes, it would be possible that you would be spending money without valid results.

Here are two of the most common causes of the check engine light.

Most common, MAF ( mass air flow ), sensor. A faulty MAF prevents the computer from determining the correct fuel/air mix ratio.

Oxygen sensor. ( front and rear, front meaning before the catalytic converter, rear meaning after the catalitic converter. The front measures the fuel/air mix being sent through the catalitic converter, the back measures the emmisions and lets the computer know if any fuel/air mix ratios need to be adjusted. Both of these can trigger the check engine light.

P0432 - Main Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2
The ECM or PCM monitors the front an rear O2 sensors. The ECM or PCM detects Warm up Catalytic Converter when the sensors are out of specifications.

DTC is set when the ECM or PCM detects rear HO2S value difference becomes closer to value of front HO2S. The ECM or PCM monitors when vehicle speed is 25-60 MPH, load is 22-45 percent and engine speed is 1000-3000 RPM.

Symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)

Possible causes
- Warm Up Three Way Catalytic converter deterioration or malfunction. - Exhaust system leaks. - Loose front or rear HO2Ss. - Front HO2S malfunction. - O2 sensors harness or connectors

Possible solution
- Replaced Catalytic Converter - Replaced rear O2 sensor - Repair wire harness or connectors

Two requirements:
1) You must have version 1.4 software on your Endura. Remove the map card, press and hold (10 sec.) the menu key until software information appears to see what you have. Upgrades are available on Lowrance's website.
2) You must have the Endura Compatible LakeMaster map card. These were made available in May 2010. The packages have an "Endura Compatible" sticker on the front.
Call LakeMaster regarding your options if the card is not Endura compatible.

if the converter was bad the engine would loose power . alot of times the check engine light will come on for the emmitions check youre gas cap some vehicles will send a signal to the computer if the co is not right and by changing the gas cap solved the problem .
