Hey steve , first it might be a dumb question but have you checked your headlamp fuse? If it's not blown then proceed with this fault finding.
If you have an american model( with no on/off switch on right hand switch cluster) then your main feed wire for your lights should be comming staight out of your harness into the left hand switches, this will then feed the hi/lo switch.
With a simple tester to check voltage to the lights, the LH switch cluster removed off the handle bar, and the ignition turned to on position, connect your earth to the frame or motor and check the central wire feeding the contact plate for the switch, you should get at least 12 volts, if not then you need to trace the wire to find the source of the fault.
If you have the on/off switch on the RH switch cluster your power goes into that switch first, again check this wire for voltage, if you have 12V running into the switch, check the wire going out, if power is present at these two points, then your fault is between the on/off switch and hi/lo switch, check these wires for faults and check your connector blocks,as corrosion at these points creates resistance, which in turn leads to a build up of heat and can cause even more problems.
let me know how you get along with this,

Replaced bulb in dipped beam. Still not working. What is the fuse code for dipped beam

May not be the bulb or fuse..could be the switch... dipped beams illuminate via voltage from the turn signal...Check your wiring and sockets and grounding . Dipped beams are usually near the bottom front fascia of the car . If there is not a shield there, any debris can cause corrosion, or chafing of wires and connections.

Mito lights not work

Hi, Max if your headlight is not working, keeps burning out or is dim the first thing you need to check is the headlight bulb for damaged filaments then check your light circuit fuse, that being said the usual suspects are:
1. Faulty ground or power supply wire to headlight bulb socket.
2. Worn, chaffed, or broken wires in the light circuit.
3. Corroded, broken, or loose pins/sockets in wire connectors.
4. Faulty hi/lo beam switch.
5. Faulty ignition switch.
6. Fuse is good but no continuity on both sides.
7. Faulty wiring between battery positive and headlight bulb socket.
8. Weak charging alternator/generator.
9. Faulty voltage regulator/rectifier, overcharging.

Main beam lights not working

It's possible the "main" lights elements have burnt out.
I believe it's a single bulb per side with both high and low beam elements inside.
Try replacing a bulb and see what that does.

loop the main beam to the second light simple ,find the feed with a meter when the main beam is on ,simple to do but be warned here ---make sure the light has a certificate of homoglonation and a E number in the headlight glass or you could face a big fine for unauthorised modification of a motor vehicle ,also this sort of work can only be signed off by a authorised garage with a Value Added Tax certificate and a inspection to change the cars papers at the local car testing station ,or dont drive in spain as they will impound the vehicle
