Question about 2006 Suzuki GSX 600 F (Katana)
I had this same issue on my 03 Katana. Turns out my battery was pretty weak. Check to see if the voltage on your battery is good (should be in/around 13-14V).

Check all plug wires to insure they are really on tight. and the coils too!
