While touring in France I occasionally got a FI warning light come up, if I pulled the clutch lever in turned the ignition key off waited a couple of seconds then restated it the fault was gone and some time did not come one again all day (300 miles plus per day). On the return journey from Corsica it didn't come on once

FI means Fuel Injection. The sensors in the injection system have sent a signal to the computer chip that manages the system. The chip is telling you that a problem is present via the FI light. Since it is intermittent it may be a borderline dirty air filter or a partially plugged vent tube. Anything too serious and the bike will not run. Just go to a dealer and have them check it out the next time it lights up.

How to reset AIRBAG SRS Light on 2003 - 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe

Hi, on most vehicles, the airbag light should come on for at 6 seconds, and then go off if the system is working properly. If there is a fault or a problem in the system, the light will remain illuminated, or flash continuously. If the airbag light does not work properly, some vehicles have an audible tone that sounds indicating a problem with the airbag light system. When the light is on (or the tone is sounding), the airbag will NOT deploy, even in an accident.
The flashing light on your car is telling there is a problem.

How to reset AIRBAG SRS Light on 2003 - 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe
Ignition Key Method:

Turn IGNITION on (but don't start car).

After the AIR BAG warning lamp lights for 7 seconds, turn IGNITION off within 1 second.

Wait 4 seconds.

Turn IGNITION on (but don't start car).

After the AIR BAG warning lamp lights for 7 seconds, turn IGNITION off within 1 second.

Wait 4 seconds.

Turn IGNITION on (but don't start car).

After the AIR BAG warning lamp lights for 7 seconds, turn IGNITION off within 1 second.

Wait 4 seconds.

Turn IGNITION on (but don't start car).

Wait 3 seconds.

Turn IGNITION off.

Wait 2 seconds.

START Car (the light may be blinking slower than before).

Wait 3 seconds.

Turn IGNITION off.

Wait 3 seconds.

START Car.

This is a little easier To reset the light simply turn the iginition to the on position, (you dont need to start it). All the lights should stay on for thier diagnostic check. As soon as the airbag light goes off, before it starts flashing, immeditatly turn the car off. Repeat this 3 or 4 times (turning to on then off) and the light should go away

MULTI-MODE MANUAL TRANSAXLE SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT
1. USING INTELLIGENT TESTER: CLAMP POSITIONADJUSTMENT (CLUTCH POSITIONADJUSTMENT)
Tech Tips
The multi-mode manual transmission system has a load controlled clutch cover (adjustment system). The pressure plate moves depending on the wear
condition of the clutch disc lining.
When removing or installing any parts related to the multi-mode manual transmission system, move the clutch actuator to the clutch clamp position. This is
for normal operation of the load controlled clutch cover (adjustment system).
If the clutch position adjustment operation input fails, perform the operation again from step (a) more than 15 seconds after turning the ignition switch off.
Note
Do not depress the brake pedal while performing the clamp position adjustment using an intelligent tester.
a. Prepare the vehicle:
Stop the vehicle.
Shift the lever into the N position.
Turn the ignition switch off.
Apply the parking brake.

Motor don't turn nothing dash lights and head lights 1985toyota pu

Do the gauges and warning lights work with key on? If not, check fusible links, AM1 for ignition key power. If the gauges/warning lights work, the key switch has power, so you can follow it to the starter solenoid. The start wire out of the ignition switch is a black/white wire, this is the hot wire to the solenoid, and only has power when key is held in start. With automatics, there is only one switch-a neutral start switch- between the ignition switch and the solenoid on the starter .

With a manual transmission, the black-white start wire goes to both a starter relay and a clutch start switch (on the clutch pedal), those two work together to send the power on to the starter solenoid. So, no crank, good battery, power to key, follow the black/white wire, the start relay and the clutch switch, to the starter solenoid- a hot wire there turns the starter motor on.

Lexus sc 400 anti thieif could this be why my car don't start

Yes, car will not start or will start and run for about 20 seconds and shut off if the anti theft system is active. The theft system will either disable the starter circuit, cut the fuel injector circuit or both. Sometimes you can lock the doors with either the key fob or electric door locks, then open manually with a key and then lock with key fob, wait 30 seconds and unlock with key fob or key. Occasionally that will reset the system, or turn on ignition 3 times for 10 seconds each without starting the car, (turn key to where dash warning lights illuminate, but not to the start position), wait 30 seconds then start the car, for the ECM to relearn the key code. If that doesn't work, most likely will have to be reset at a dealership. Good luck!

2005 town and country touring i want to disconnect the seatbelt warning light and chime?

1. Turn the ignition switch to the off position and buckle the seat belt
2. Turn the ignition switch to run (engine does not need to be running), wait for the seat belt light to turn off.
3. Within 60 seconds, unbuckle and rebuckle the drivers seat belt at least 3 times, ending with the seat belt buckled.
4. Turn the ignition key to the off position. A single chime will sound to signify that you have successfully completed the programming.

It can be reactivated by repeating these steps.

The alert will be deactivated but the warning light will continue to stay on will the belt is unfastened.
